I started this business with the intent of creating a foundation of wellness, strength and quality movement in every individual I work with.

Working with me gives you the option of in-person training, tailored training programs to be done on your own or training AND nutrition programs.

 

I offer comprehensive support to ensure your training experience is both effective and enjoyable.

We'll hop on a quick 10-minute call to discuss your goals, current fitness level, schedule, and any questions you have. This is a no-pressure chat to see if the program is the right fit for you.

Based on your goals, budget, and availability, we will decide which is the best option for you (In-person training, online training program, training and nutrition program).

I get to work on your specific program.

The first couple weeks are heavily feedback dependent. This is the time where we both get to know each other. Based on your feedback, I determine what is working, what is not working, and what tweaks need to be made to the program for optimization.

05.

At the end of each month, we meet over the phone or in-person to further reflect the past month and discuss where we are headed with the next block of training. However, I am available to you at all times via text, call, or email.
